The rejazz-festival celebrates its sixth edition and looks back on five years full of new perspectives in jazz.
The focus is on outstanding female bandleaders - unconventional, visionary, internationally networked.
Three days full of energy, depth and freedom with Ella Zirina, Holly Schlott, Julia Kadel, Sanne Huijbregts, Birgitta Flick and Evi Filippou.

DAY 1 - Thursday, November 20
Ella Zirina (Solo)
Holly Schlott - UNIQUE

The festival opens with a solo set by Latvian guitarist Ella Zirina, whose music weaves folk, classical and improvisation into poetic soundscapes.
To round off the first evening, Holly Schlott will bring her brilliant eleven-piece ensemble UNIQUE to the stage - a powerful manifesto for diversity, independence and artistic vision.
With them: Luise Volkmann, Erik Leuthäuser, Tilo Weber and others.

DAY 2 - Friday, November 21
Julia Kadel (Solo)
Sanne Huijbregts - Sanne Sanne

The second evening begins with a solo program by pianist Julia Kadel, whose playing goes deep beneath the surface between reflection and improvisation.
Afterwards, multi-instrumentalist Sanne Huijbregts and her quartet Sanne Sanne - winner of the Dutch Jazz Competition 2024 - will unfold a kaleidoscope of jazz, indie folk and polyphony.
With them: Roosmarijn Tuenter, Pat Cleaver, Jeroen Batterink.

DAY 3 - Saturday, November 22
Birgitta Flick / Sylvia Bruckner Duo
Evi Filippou - inEvitable extended

Birgitta Flick and Sylvia B ruckner meet as a duo at the end of the festival - transparent, lyrical, open to every twist and turn.
Evi Filippou closes the sixth edition with her septet inEvitable extended (German Jazz Award 2023) - a pulsating firework of sound between jazz, folklore and new music.
With her: Zuza Jasinska, Julius Gawlik, Keisuke Matsuno and others.
