Bernhard Moser, chef, sommelier, restaurant critic and founder of the international food festival eat! Berlin, will tell us in the Kuppelsaal, THE KNAST Bar. Here he will read from his new program "reMENÜszenzen - Erinnerungen eines Restaurantkritikers" (reMENÜszen - memories of a restaurant critic) and bring the most beautiful, absurd and funny episodes of his culinary career to the stage.

In his unmistakable style, Moser combines razor-sharp observation with tongue-in-cheek humor and at the same time provides an insight into the remarkable gastronomic trends of the present.

From anonymous test meals in top gastronomy to failed menus and delightful discoveries between Berlin, Vienna and Venice: this evening serves up stories that melt in your mouth.

First come first serve: admission from 6 pm for the best seats, delicious cocktails & drinks, reading starts at 7 pm.
