Rock history is coming to Cologne: RUSH will be performing at the LANXESS arena on Sunday, 28.02.2027. As part of their anniversary tour, Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson will celebrate the Canadian band's musical legacy and bring five decades of progressive rock to the stage of Germany's largest multifunctional arena.

Driven by the unique interplay of Geddy Lee (bass, keys, vocals), Alex Lifeson (guitar, vocals) and the late Neil Peart (drums, lyrics), RUSH have taken rock music to previously uncharted territories. Over the course of their career, the band has sold over 45 million albums worldwide, received seven GRAMMY® Award nominations, amassed billions of streams and been inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame. RUSH pioneered and influenced generations of musicians and attracted one of the most passionate fan bases in music history. They stand for rock without boundaries, balancing sophisticated instrumentation, anthemic vocals, provocative lyrics and storytelling that is both sonically and thematically revolutionary.

In 1996, the members were honored as Officers of the Order of Canada, and in 2012 they received the Canadian Governor General's Performing Arts Award. There is a RUSH star on both the Canada Walk of Fame and the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

On January 7, 2020, Neil Peart passed away as a result of a brain tumor. To honor Peart and the band's legacy, Lee and Lifeson are celebrating RUSH 2027 on tour. It's an opportunity for new listeners to finally experience the music live in all its glory, and for devoted fans to reconnect.
