Schreibwerkstatt: „Worte verbinden“

In the organizer's words:

"Words connect" - the motto of our writing workshop is our program. Because words make it possible to talk about the unspeakable. Thoughts, memories and personal experiences of the Yugoslav Wars will be the focus in December.

It was the first armed conflict in a long time to break out again in Europe. Suddenly, peace no longer seemed to be a matter of course for many people in Europe either. Together, we explore the exhibition rooms from the perspective of the armed conflicts in today's former Yugoslavia and then take pen in hand.

Unfortunately, wars are still a reality for many people today. We give both history and our stories space and use the creative power of writing to turn words into connections: between different languages, stories and biographies.

The writing workshop invites all people who like to experiment with words and language. We become sources of inspiration and are happy to take on board the inspiration of others. Writing together becomes a dialog in which we can all learn something from and with each other.

The writing workshop will be held in German and English, with writing in the language of your choice.

Workshop leaders: Natalie Wasserman and Karolina Kuszyk
