Schulterblick FIlmfestival 2025

Dear film enthusiasts,

We cordially invite you to the film screening and award ceremony of this year's Schulterblick Children's and Youth Film Festival under the patronage of Ms. Heike Schmitt-Schmelz (District Councillor for Schools, Sport, Further Education and Culture) and Mr. Simon Hertel (District Councillor for Youth and Health). The event will be hosted by actress and speaker Jennifer Bischof and chaired by festival director Christian Slezak. Free admission and waffles and drinks will be served.

At the Schulterblick Film Festival awards ceremony, the first three places are endowed with up to €500 and a total of €900. There are also two honorable mentions.

The "Schulterblick" film festival was launched in 2020 by the Medienkompetenzzentrum Berlin Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf and is aimed at children and young people as well as school classes.

Once again this year, German productions by young filmmakers aged 6 to 21 will be presented. Everyone who enjoys refreshing, imaginative short films is cordially invited to attend.

The Schulterblick Film Festival and the award ceremony will take place live and on location in the large hall of the Haus der Jugend Charlottenburg, Zillestr. 54, 10585 Berlin.
