The Seventh Leipzig Women's*FLINTA*Festival is an open festival with many female* artists, feminist initiatives, a large product and information market - with numerous female* entrepreneurs, craftswomen*, project groups and associations. It is a feminist cultural festival that clearly positions itself socio-politically - to listen, to talk to each other, to join in, to dance... and invites everyone to celebrate appreciative encounters & doing things together.

Opening of the seventh Frauen*FLINTA*Festival by Leipzig's Mayor of Culture Dr. Skadi Jennicke, Leipzig's Equal Opportunities Commissioner Mandy Uhlig & the Queer Commissioner of the Federal Government Sophie Koch.

MainACTS with, among others:

FO SHO, Afro-Ukrainian hip-hop band. The three sisters bring energetic trap & hip-hop with influences from R'n'B and rock to the stage - influenced by their Ethiopian-Jewish identity. They are well-known faces of the modern Ukrainian music scene. They competed in the Ukrainian preliminary round of the Eurovision Song Contest and were voted in the "30 under 30" Europe - Entertainment in 2026 by Forbes magazine.

The Berlin singer, rapper and songwriter Futurebae performs a mix of pop, R&B, trap and cloud rap. In their songs, they address love, self-discovery and toxic relationships with an energetic sound.

The Leipzig-based FRAUENCHOR CANTA ANIMATA, founded in 2008, invites you to sing along.

DESLIN AMI KABA, Leipzig: disco, soul & funk. March 2026 she received the Saxon Pop Music Award Newcomer

Under the motto: Sing along, join in, think along!... SULLI PUSHBAN (solo) plays especially for children & families... but of course not only. Sulli is a singer-songwriter and children's songwriter known for her rousing songs.

She will be joined by the feminist walking act MASKETIERE - a collective of artists with the mission of transforming discarded materials into effective, living art... to "transport" themes in a breathtaking way

At the end she DJs: Bébé G, German-Ghanaian, DJ & artist from Gera, combines Afrobeats, RnB and HipHop into energetic sets - rich rhythms ... an all female set and a sound... that keeps the dance floor moving all night long. Driven by passion and community, BÉBÉ G creates spaces where music, culture and energy come together. Don't miss out!

The festival is organized by Frauenkultur e.V. Leipzig (V.i.S.d.P.), Werk 2 - Kulturfabrik Leipzig e.V., Louise-Otto-Peters-Gesellschaft e.V., Lebenszeiten e.V.; funded by the Department of Equality for Women and Men of the City of Leipzig; supported by the Leipziger L-Gruppe... and a lot of voluntary commitment.
