Simon & Garfunkel Tribute meets Classic – Duo Graceland mit Streichquartett und Band

With songs such as "The Sound of Silence" and "Cecilia", Simon & Garfunkel created poetic anthems for an entire generation. Two years later, "Bridge Over Troubled Water", a composition of simple beauty, went down in music history as a message of hope.

The duo Graceland intensively traced the musical spirit of their role models and successfully toured the country with their program "A Tribute to Simon & Garfunkel". Thomas Wacker (Paul Simon) and Thorsten Gary (Art Garfunkel) quickly realized that the music of Simon & Garfunkel was perfect for combining the countless classics of the world's most famous folk rock duo with the unmistakable sound of a classical string ensemble, giving this music a completely new, unmistakable sound.

The interplay of the two voices and two guitars with the classical instruments transforms the songs of Simon & Garfunkel into an expressive and extraordinary musical experience. Concertgoers can expect an evening full of emotion, a tribute to the 60s and 70s and a musical diversity that is rarely found anywhere else.
