The duo Graceland intensively traces the musical spirit of their role models and successfully tours the country with the program "A Tribute to Simon & Garfunkel". Thomas Wacker (Paul Simon) and Thorsten Gary (Art Garfunkel) quickly realized that the music of Simon & Garfunkel was perfect for combining the countless classics of the world's most famous folk rock duo with the unmistakable sound of a classical string ensemble, giving this music a completely new, unmistakable sound.

The interplay of the two voices and two guitars with the classical instruments transforms the songs of Simon & Garfunkel into an expressive and extraordinary musical experience. Concertgoers can expect an evening full of emotion, a tribute to the 60s and 70s and a musical diversity that is rarely found anywhere else. As a duo with a string quartet, they roam through the soulful songs and "rock" their audience elsewhere.

The concert starts at 19:00 and admission is at 18:00 in the historic town hall at Marktplatz 1 in Karlstadt.
