Slixs - A capelle Sextett

When six voices merge into an orchestral synthesis of the arts, that's when SLIXS take to the stage. The internationally acclaimed vocal ensemble uses pure voice to create a sound that effortlessly transcends stylistic boundaries - virtuosic, intense and full of energy. The audience will be able to enjoy this on Friday, April 24 at 7:30 pm at the balou e.V. cultural center.

With a unique mix of jazz, pop, funk, classical and world music, SLIXS create soundscapes of impressive precision and emotional depth. Every concert is an experience that touches and inspires in equal measure - musically sophisticated, surprising and captivating.

The six-piece has won the Contemporary A Cappella Recording Award (CARA) several times and is one of the leading international vocal formations.

This event is expressly not a classic "hat concert" where artists have to finance themselves. All performers receive a fixed fee. The special feature: The audience themselves decide on the ticket price and determine at the end of the concert what value they attach to the experience.
