After a first EP in 2023 and several line-up changes, the band is now releasing its

debut album "Try to Survive". The sound is characterized by Max's love of nu-metal,

particularly inspired by the legendary "Iowa" album by Slipknot. This raw, intense

feeling is combined with modern, heavier elements to create the unmistakable

unmistakable Snapped sound, which the band themselves call Nu-Death.

"Try to Survive" is not just a title - it's a statement. Direct, uncompromising and

honest. Snapped stand for loud emotion, unbridled power and proof that

With the first album in the bag, the focus is now more on the stage - presenting the

songs live and taking the Snapped sound further into the world.

Since mid-2023, the 5-piece nucore group Tacend from Braunschweig and the

Braunschweig and the surrounding area have been bringing evil, moshable and cross-genre music to local stages.

Inspiration was provided by Numetal veterans such as Korn, System Of A Down,

Disturbed, and Deftones, as well as hardcore/beatdown bands like Counterparts,

Malevolence, Knoocked Lose and Bodysnatcher as well as modern and melodic

deathmetal groups like Avatar, Gojira and In Flames.

Downtuned guitars, wicked breakdowns and catchy choruses meet combined

vocals with fat riffs and melodies.

The focus is always on a good vibe and a good time for everyone.

There's always room in the pit, but no room for racism, sexism and general assholery.
