Three Berlin choirs - Kammerchor Canzoneo Berlin, Luisen-Vocalensemble and gropies berlin - are celebrating the 125th anniversary of the Berlin Choir Association with an innovative concert project as part of the Sunday concert series.

The concert "eins-zwei-fünf" combines festive a cappella works with a musical structure that creatively refers to the number 125. You can look forward to creative vocal transitions between the pieces and a specially composed world premiere by Frank Schwemmer, which explores this musical material in a fascinating way.

The three choirs do not perform in rigid blocks, but as a living sound sculpture with flowing transitions and collaborative music-making. The result is a dynamic, swarm-like stage experience that surprisingly interweaves the familiar and the new.
