Poetry slam is finally coming to Süß War Gestern.

In one of the capital's most charming bar clubs, we serve up a very special kind of slam show every month: humidly cheerful, wild and eloquent.

This is slam the way it used to be: raw, approachable, with smoky pub air and applause from the bar instead of from a theater seat.

With intrusively charming moderation by German-speaking team poetry slam champion Ortwin Bader-Iskraut. Whether you're a stand-up poet, a spoken word pro or taking to the stage for the first time - you're welcome at the Spoken Shots Slam.
