Talking & Listening is a dialog format with which we want to explore this question together. The exchange with others can help us to become aware of and clarify our own feelings and thoughts. At the same time, we experience that we are not alone with our feelings, and this connects and can provide support.
We sit in small groups and talk for four minutes at a time. The others listen, do not interrupt, do not comment and do not evaluate. Speak & Listen was developed by Mehr Demokratie e.V. and gives us the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas in a different way than usual. Many people who have experienced it once come back because it is "different every time", because it is "easy" and "does you good" and because it "builds trust".
