Since February 2015, Bar BoBu has been hosting Berlin's most exciting singer songwriter night - STAGE TIME.

The principle is as simple as it is ingenious. Every thursday four songwriters from all over the world will hit our cozy stage. Charmingly presented by legendary host The Duke.At STAGE TIME the audience sits in the front row and experiences emotional, profound to uproariously funny evenings every week. Thanks to many international artists who prefer to perform at Bar BoBu on their tours, the standard is extremely high and the program varied.all of this, of course, with the tastiest whiskey sours in town. Sarah Dekker, the mind behind Moonloops, started her career in her bedroom. With an old guitar, she writes autobiographical indie pop songs, inspired by Cavetown and Phoebe Bridgers, that capture the complex uncertainty of growing up.

Moonloops has played at ESNS, Iceland Airwaves and was selected for Popronde in 2023. She released her first studio album, 'Little Astronaut, Big Dreams' in 2024, accompanied by a headline tour through the Netherlands. She followed this album up with the EP 'an inch left to go', a collection of songs from different phases of her career about her experiences with growth and identity.

Moonloops has spent the past year re-recording and re-interpreting her first mini-album 'Ghost', which she recorded alone in her bedroom during the COVID pandemic. In 2025, 'Ghost' will celebrate its fifth anniversary, which will be accompanied by a complete re-recording of the original, 3 bonus tracks and a limited vinyl release.

Moonloops is for little astronauts with big dreams trying to find their place in the world.
