Nikolaus Blome

Nikolaus Blome is one of the most prominent liberal-conservative journalists in the country. He has been head of the politics department at RTL and n-tv since 2020. Born in 1963, his previous positions include chief editor positions at WELT, BILD and SPIEGEL. In the TV program "Augstein und Blome", he conducted political debates with the journalist and publisher Jakob Augstein for many years. As a commentator, Nikolaus Blome is a sought-after discussion guest and can regularly be seen on political talk shows. The journalist has received several awards for his work, including the Theodor Wolff Prize and the Henri Nannen Prize. He is also active as a book author. His most recent book is "False truths: 12 left-wing beliefs that are leading our country astray".

The Humboldt Forum and its facilities are wheelchair-accessible. A tactile floor guidance system makes it easier for blind and visually impaired visitors to find their way around. Educational formats are tailored to the different needs of visitors with disabilities. These include tactile tours, guided tours & workshops interpreted into German Sign Language (DGS), as well as guided tours for and with people with learning difficulties.
