The Swing Ball is back this year!

Can you swing dance? Have you always dreamed of learning to swing, but haven't dared yet? Or are you already a swing pro?

No matter what level, previous knowledge or dance confidence you have - November 18 will be your moment to shine!

For beginners or shy people who are afraid to ask (it's not a bad thing not to know all the dances, but it would be a shame not to dance at all!) Swing is a couple's dance that originated in the USA in the 1920s-1940s from jazz. The best-known style and the basis of swing is Lindy Hop, which originated around 1928 and combines African-American dance steps, Charleston and European influences. It is a cheerful, rhythmic dance, full of jumps and with plenty of room for improvisation between partners.

Now that you know everything, there's no excuse not to get carried away by the Swing Base dance school at the Maison de Franco!

Our dance floor is open to beginners, experienced dancers and anyone who wants to try something new.

The program:

• 19:00: Lindy Hop / Swing course for advanced dancers
• 20:00: Lindy Hop / Swing for beginners
• 21:00-21:30: DJ set
• From 21:30: Live orchestra
• Until 01:00: Dance the night away!

Price: 20€ // Payment on site (cash or card).
Registration on site on the evening of the event is not possible.
