TanzXperiment

The TanzXperiment series embarks on its next expeditions, once again in the rehearsal stage of the new building, which with its intimate atmosphere, close to the audience, offers a special space for the creative evenings.

Whether as an improvisation evening with live musicians or as a choreographic workshop designed by the dancers, every TanzXperiment expedition is always new, always different.

In the choreographic workshops, which bear the nickname Homegrown , dancers present their own choreographic works and thus their individual artistic visions. The change to the position of choreographer brings with it many new tasks: from developing a concept and choreography to setting the lighting and selecting costumes, make-up and music. Solos, duets and group pieces are all on the program. This gives the audience the opportunity to get to know the dancers from a new perspective and perhaps witness the beginnings of a new choreographic talent on one of these evenings.
