Thursday, November 27 | The Feast: Thanksgiving with Harmanjot
Thanksgiving is a traditional feast day in the U.S.-but this year, Harmanjot is in Berlin, and she wants to gather with you.
We have so much to be grateful for, especially each other. In this session, you'll practice Kundalini yoga with breath and mantra sequences that open the meridians, chakras, and the holy space within-so that gratitude moves through your veins and cells as something real and felt, not performed.
We close with a simple seated blessing, then continue together for a communal Thanksgiving dinner in the Michelberger Restaurant: warm, seasonal, and shared.
