This workshop series treats your writing as a mindful and relationship-oriented process. Each session is an invitation for you to dive deeper into your own perception, voice and creativity - without pressure to perform, without comparison, without right or wrong.
The focus is on writing as a mindful practice: slow, embodied and connected. Instead of technique, performance or optimization, the focus is on perception, inner security and the relationship to one's own voice.
Each workshop is self-contained and at the same time part of a larger journey. Step by step, you are invited to build trust: in yourself, in your texts and in the creative process.
The series is inspired by the mindful and artistic approaches of Julia Cameron's The Artist's Way, but goes its own way: gentle, individual and realistic.
Materials: All you need is your laptop or whatever else you want to write on. Pens, paper and tea plus vegan cake will be provided for you. If you like, bring your headphones because Sarah has created an exclusive writing playlist for you.
