There is no life without pain

In the organizer's words:

The Jewish coming of age story "Gewässer im Ziplock" (Dana Vowinckel), which can currently be seen at Schauspiel Hannover, is about family. It deals with 15-year-old Margarita's relationship with her parents. "There is no life without pain" declares Margarita's mother in an argument. How do young people view their relationship with their parents? For the reading at Villa Seligmann, young people have written their own dialogs, which will be read by the actors from "Gewässer im Ziplock". This will be followed by an audience discussion led by Eliah Sakakushev-von Bismarck, the director of Villa Seligmann, focusing on: What role do parents play when it comes to religious and Jewish identity?
