When the days get longer and warm evenings call for atmospheric music, Till Brönner brings the sound of summer to the ZMF stage. In his album ITALIA, the internationally successful jazz trumpeter dedicates himself to the golden era of Italian music from the 60s to the early 80s - a time full of melodies, joie de vivre and Mediterranean lightness.

Under a summery sky, the songs of Paolo Conte, Lucio Battisti and Ennio Morricone unfold a very special magic. With his unmistakable trumpet, casual virtuosity and stylish stage presence, the musician combines jazz with Italian flair and creates an atmosphere reminiscent of balmy nights in Rome. Between longing, elegance and rhythmic lightness, a concert experience is created that unites summer, music and a dolce vita feeling.

Till Brönner is a renowned jazz musician, composer, photographer, arranger, professor, radio presenter and much more. He released his groundbreaking debut over 30 years ago and has since won numerous awards, including six ECHOS and a Grammy nomination.
