TURNS ECO/EXO: SCREAMING VIBRATION

SCREAMING VIBRATION brings two outstanding international voices of experimental music to the Klangdom: L Twills and Rojin Sharafi. L Twills is inspired by madness scenes from operas and weaves them into new narratives about mental health in ecological fragility. Sharafi combines experimental music with noise to create visceral sounds that range from organic to mechanical. Together they transform the space into a vibrating environment between inner tension and cosmic expanse.

The new ECO/EXO cycle transforms central areas of tension in the present into immersive sound spaces and combines ecological fragility with speculative, extraterrestrial perspectives. Both artistic positions use space as an active compositional element and work with multi-layered electro-acoustic processes. The concert juxtaposes two different approaches to material, perception and time. Together, the works open up new auditory perspectives between body, environment and imagination.
