About the play

A friendship between halfpipe, school desk and nursery.

In Types, we look at scenes from the everyday lives of four boys together with the audience: Luca, Chris, Quinn and Robin. What kind of guys are they? What holds them together, what separates them? When do they feel strong, when do they feel alone? Do you always have to be cool as a boy and what does that even mean?

In a poetic and entertaining way, the production takes a close look at role models and literally brings the audience right into the middle of the action.

Types is about strong relationships and surprising twists and turns; music and rhythms that take us along for the ride; status games that make us laugh. Types invites you to an intergenerational experience between the stage and the auditorium. With Mando - European beatboxing champion and world champion in loop station beatboxing.

On 8.11. and 13.12. we offer family performances at 15:00 with preparatory workshops at 13:30. There are also 2 tickets for the price of one!

Beam Special

A journey of discovery into the world of masked theater. Led by dance and theater educator Florian Bilbao, participants will be introduced to the theory and practice of mask theater.
