On November 7, the HKW belongs to the demands and ideas of young people: And now?! Youth Housing Congress for Berlin enters its second round.

Access to housing is a major challenge for many Berliners - good housing is a scarce commodity. At the first Youth Housing Congress for Berlin Und bei dir so? 2024, it became clear that housing causes grief, anxiety and worry. In 2025, young people from all over Berlin will once again come together to make their perspectives visible, share their experiences, make demands on politics and society and take change into their own hands - loudly, creatively, concretely.

Do it yourself - but together.

What can you expect?

With artistic projects and in a wide variety of formats, young people will show what is going wrong today and what living can look like tomorrow.

  Whether it's tenancy law, creative solutions, homelessness or alternative forms of housing - you'll get knowledge, tools and inspiration here.

• Get to know your rights!
  Find out about advice centers, projects and initiatives at the "Market of Opportunities".

• Get into conversation with politicians!
  At the Policy Forum, you can meet decision-makers directly - tell them what needs to change!

• Stage & Film
  Exciting short films, exchange formats & a surprise guest at the end

The Youth Housing Congress is part of heimaten, funded by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media on the basis of a resolution of the German Bundestag.
