A guided 60-minute sound healing journey centered around the sacral energy center — the space of creativity, sensuality, emotional flow, and life force.

Beginning with gentle breathwork and vocal activation, this session invites you to reconnect with your body, soften tension, and prepare the system to receive.

From there, the experience transitions into an immersive sound and visual journey, weaving together vibration, colour, and presence to support emotional release, creative activation, and a deeper sense of inner flow.

The session is also gently accompanied by selected natural essences traditionally used by Indigenous communities from the Amazonian region, adding an additional sensory layer to the experience.

This is not about performance or perfection — it’s about listening, feeling, and allowing energy to move naturally.
