Memories shape us - but they are deceptive.
In this three-character play, sisters Lola and Josepha meet in their inherited family home. What begins as a reunion quickly turns into a battle for truth, memory and identity. Old conflicts break out, versions of the past collide - until an unexpected third party, Olivia, enters the picture.
An intense intimate play about family histories, memories and the question: How much truth is there in what we remember?

Utherow is the debut play by young East German author Anne Lemke, which was developed in collaboration with Shakespeare2Go. The actors are Rahel Schöppenthau, Lisa-Marie Pfadt and Ceylan Schumacher, with advisory dramaturgy and direction by Andreas Neu.
