We cordially invite you to the opening of the exhibition "PhotonenSpur und Paragraphen - Was bleibt vom politischen Geschehen in der Langzeitbelichtung".

In her current work, Berlin photojournalist and artist Angelika Kohlmeier takes an unusual photographic look at political events in the German Bundestag. Using an analog pinhole camera, she takes long exposures of plenary sessions, committees and political encounters. >>Furtherinformation on the exhibition.

Angelika Kohlmeier, former Member of the Bundestag and former Minister of State for Europe Michael Roth and historian Dr. Martina Köchling will discuss political images, the democratic public sphere and the question of what remains of political processes in the image.

The exhibition is part of the World Design Capital Frankfurt RheinMain 2026 program and sees itself as a contribution to the "Design for Democracy" theme area
