Perceiving the transition
Early fall brings with it a special clarity. The heat gives way, the light becomes softer, the colors begin to change. The forest seems collected and calm.
We move mindfully through the forest park, with short stretches of walking and simple awareness exercises. A forest bathing session to arrive, take a deep breath and ground yourself - in the midst of transition.
Forest bathing - Shinrin Yoku - originated in Japan and is now also known in Europe as a method of stress reduction.
The session is aimed at people who would like a peaceful break in the countryside. No previous experience is necessary.
