Welcome peace and slowness
With the time change, the days become noticeably shorter. The light changes, the air becomes clearer, the forest quieter.
We move mindfully through the forest park, with short stretches of walking and simple awareness exercises. A quiet session to pause and take a deep breath - in the middle of the transition to the colder season.
Feel free to bring a cup of tea or another hot drink with you. We take time to warm up in between.
Forest bathing - Shinrin Yoku - originated in Japan and is now also known in Europe as a method of stress reduction.
The session is aimed at people who would like a peaceful break in the countryside. No previous experience is necessary.
