The health-promoting effect of longer stays in the forest has been scientifically proven many times over. The forest climate strengthens our immune system and promotes healthy sleep. Forest bathing according to the Japanese model "Shinrin Yoku" is a special nature experience for stress reduction and thus tangible health prevention. In a men's group, we want to immerse ourselves for four hours in the Dünnwald forest on the right bank of the Rhine and try out forest health training in the tranquillity of nature without any sporting activity. Do men really relax differently? Exciting question!
