The discovery of a mysterious artifact sets off a chain of bloody events at Pellington High. The ancient Aztec death whistle holds a curse. Whoever blows it is doomed to a terrible death, as are all others who hear the instrument's bloodcurdling shriek. New classmate Chrys, who has just moved in with her cousin Rel, hopes to stop the haunting together with the likeable Ellie. But for some of her clique, rescue comes long too late.
