A classical concert for parents with babies aged 0-18 months

The harp duo Vielsaitig - Liz Fréon and Maura Knierim - will transform the St. Matthäus-Kirche am Kulturforum into an oscillating sea of sound of the most diverse shades. The program with works by Maurice Ravel and John Thomas ranges from romantic virtuosity to impressionistic sound magic and touches young and old with shimmering elegance, warm sounds and virtuoso lightness.

The two musicians bring with them a wealth of musical experience and are firmly anchored in the Berlin cultural scene - from chamber music to contemporary music and opera repertoire with the major Berlin orchestras.

In the special acoustics and atmosphere of St. Matthew's Church, right next to the Berlin Philharmonie and the Neue Nationalgalerie, an intimate concert experience is created for dreaming together.

After the concert, the adjacent Tiergarten park invites you to take a stroll or relax in one of the many cafés at the Kulturforum and Potsdamer Platz. Baby carriages can be left at the entrance to the hall. Our staff will always keep an eye on them, but unfortunately we cannot accept any liability. The hall will be unseated so that babies can move around freely and feel comfortable - we therefore ask all guests to bring their own cushions or a blanket.
