In the organizer's words:

We are khisdapaze e.V. and are currently transforming the former freight canteen at the decommissioned Tegel Airport into a cultural and event venue.
We have been working on the TXL model area since September and would like to start the cold season with a winter market.

The winter market will take place on Saturday, November 29, from 2 - 10 p.m. and on Sunday, November 30, from 12 - 8 p.m. on our outdoor areas (Alte Frachtkantine, Flughafen Tegel 1, 13405 Berlin).
Around 25-30 stands with food, hot drinks, handmade and local products are planned: from ceramics, jewelry and hand-crocheted bags to sustainable gift ideas for the upcoming holidays.
In addition to creative and culinary offerings, there will also be actors who inform and educate about social and political issues (e.g. Elpida) or donate their proceeds to good causes.
The whole event will be accompanied by musical entertainment (including choir performances and musicians) and interactive workshops.
Free admission, donations are welcome.

Everyone is cordially invited to our winter market. We strive for a barrier-free environment and inclusive communication so that everyone can be part of this project. On Sunday, visitors can also look forward to a particularly family-friendly program.
