The weekly market at Südstern offers fresh produce from the region as well as plenty of places to sit, eat and linger.
Around 35 traders sell fruit, vegetables, fish and cheese as well as selected specialties, from homemade "Schupfnudeln" to natural wines from local winegrowing families, not forgetting fresh olive oil. All products come directly from regional producers. A practical bicycle delivery service brings the groceries to your doorstep on request and for a small donation.

If you feel hungry, you can enjoy a woolly pork sausage from Lower Lusatia or modern street food such as blue cheese volcano burgers.
