Workshop with Latifa Gacem and Bärbel Strick (Caritas Association for the City of Cologne)

How can we empower people who are worried about their loved ones or facing an uncertain future? In this workshop, participants receive professional input on trauma-sensitive work and engage in a protected exchange. Together we will develop concrete options for dealing with traumatization, emotional stress and crisis experiences.

The workshop helps participants to remain capable of action and healthy despite powerlessness, helplessness or anger.
