Yin Yoga Aroma Special

What you can expect: Yin yoga is a calm, meditative style of yoga in which the individual asanas (postures) are held for longer. The practice therefore has an effect on a physical, energetic and mental level. Supported by valuable aromas.

You will experience an atmospheric session starting with a meditation and breathwork and, of course, lots of supple yin asanas.
Experience how you can find physical and mental peace in a special place. Ideal for anyone who wants to build up their personal energy reserves on the weekend of the first Advent.
