In the organizer's words:

Even today, people have to work under forced or precarious conditions. The workshop builds a bridge from Nazi forced labor to the present day: Who produced my smartphone? Under what circumstances are soccer stadiums built for the World Cup? Where do my tomatoes come from? While an embedding in the context of human rights is part of the workshop, the differences to National Socialism are also to be worked out and clarified. The central question will be what options for action are available - then and now.
