The FluxBau is the official hang-out of FluxFM and the unofficial one of friends of good music and good cuisine. Restaurant, club, concert location and a terrace directly on the Spree - plus direct connection to the radio. There is a lunch menu during the week, where every day a different chef from Kitchensurfing conjures up delicious lunch (12 - 15h). In addition, we serve delicious lemonade or coffee, and WLAN is of course also available. In the evening, the FluxBau turns into a wonderful nightlife location with sunset on the Spree. There are drinks at fair prices, exhibitions, readings, concerts, DJs, spoken word and dance. And you can also rent the location, so we are open from time to time only for closed parties. Recently, FluxAhoi also offers boating licenses and motorboat rentals. But you can also rent the whole FluxBau for your own events.
