4. Efficiency and transparency:
   Cashless payments now run smoothly and faster. The accounting department benefits from transparent, digital billing, and employees can concentrate on the guest experience.

In short: cashless is safer, faster and more relaxed for everyone involved.

Yes, halle02 is barrier-free and attaches great importance to making culture accessible to everyone. Here is the most important information:

• Admission & accompanying person: People with disabilities (proof by means of a severely disabled person's pass with the "B" sign) can bring an accompanying person free of charge. However, an accompanying person is not obligatory.

• Access & routes: Access to Halle02 is via ramps, all floors are accessible without steps.

• Wheelchair users: It is best to arrive 30 minutes before admission - so the team can assist you with access to the stage.

• Toilets: There are barrier-free toilets - accessible with the Euro WC key.

• Bar areas: There are lowered bar counter areas for wheelchair users in the club and hall.

• Parking spaces: Two designated disabled parking spaces are located directly in front of halle02 (at the head of NEO, Max-Jarecki-Straße).

halle02 is centrally located in Heidelberg right next to the main train station and is therefore easy to reach by public transport, bike or on foot. Here are the best options:

• Public transportation:

• Bicycle:
  Heidelberg is a bicycle-friendly city. The halle02 is easily accessible on several cycle paths, and there are plenty of parking facilities for bicycles on site.
