Looseness, informality and lots of fun - these are the ingredients for this special kind of barefoot party. NIA is pure dancing pleasure. The varied music makes your dancing heart beat faster and everything from gentle to powerful is included. The variety makes NIA special. No matter whether you are experienced in NIA or curious about something new.
MEIKE ZIEGNER and other teachers will guide you through the evening.
Afterwards you can continue dancing at BEATS UNITED!
Please come in comfortable clothes. The checkroom remains free of charge for this event (including shoes).
