What makes this workshop different from other breathing sessions?

Many breathing sessions work primarily with holotropic or strongly activating breathing techniques that can trigger intense experiences and emotions. This can be very valuable.

In my workshops, however, the focus is on a balanced approach:
I combine in-depth background knowledge with practical experience so that you better understand what is happening in your body - and why.

Instead of exclusively intensive activation, you can expect a combination of different forms of breathing: from hypoventilation (reduced breathing) to gentle activation and guided visualization.

What should you bear in mind?

To take part, it is important that you are physically and mentally healthy.
If you have cardiovascular disease, severe mental illness or other relevant pre-existing conditions, participation is not suitable.
