More than just taking a deep breath.
Our breath has enormous potential: it can help us to fall asleep better, stay more focused in our everyday lives and become more aware of our own needs, emotions and body. And yet very few of us know how to use our breath in a targeted way to regulate ourselves in stressful or restless phases and find peace again.
In this workshop, I will support you in finding out what works for you - and how you can consciously use your breath for yourself.

How does this workshop differ from other breathing sessions?
Many breathing sessions work primarily with holotropic or highly activating breathing techniques that can trigger intense experiences and emotions. This can be very valuable with safe guidance.
In my workshops, however, the focus is on a balanced approach: I combine sound background knowledge with practical experience so that you can better understand what is happening in your body - and why.
Instead of just intensive activation, you can expect a combination of different forms of breathing and visualization.
