Are you looking for an alternative to the classic hen party in Cologne or, if you wish, at a location of your choice? A day or moment that connects, relaxes and is truly memorable?

I will accompany you with sound, rituals, space for real connection and everything your heart desires - as a wellness JGA, Bridal Blessing or Sound Experience, individually tailored to you.

You can plan it. I'll take care of the setting, the content and everything you need.

Depending on your wishes and the energy of the group, I will help shape your JGA:

• Soundbath or gong bath (gentle or intensive)

• Bridal Blessing or connecting rituals

• Yoga, meditation, sound massages or breathing work

• Space for exchange, silence & shared experience

And best of all: the bride will receive a goodie bag with little gifts and mementos of the day.
