Akkordeon Festival Berlin 2026

In the organizer's words:

From 15 to 16 May 2026, Berlin will become the center of the accordion scene: The established Accordion Festival Berlin of the DHV Berlin will take place for the ninth time this year and attracts accordion fans from all over Germany to the capital.

Festival guests have access to:

• hourly stage concerts with ensembles from Berlin and all over Germany
• Workshops with Matthias Matzke (accordion) and Axel Meier (drums/percussion), among others
• Family program with the sounding mobile, student auditions and accordion puzzles
• Panel discussion on construction methods and future prospects for the accordion
• Video contributions and broadcasts
• Instrument and sheet music exhibition, accordion first aid and much more.

With day, time slot and family tickets, the visit can be arranged individually.

In addition, there will be evening concerts on both evenings from 8 p.m. - with students from the Hohner Conservatory in Trossingen, the ArtAccA project orchestra, the LandesAkkordeonROCKester Berlin and harmonica legend Marcos Coll, among others.
