ALTIMATE in Cologne is the premiere of our stair run in the stadium.
Any level of performance is welcome - this is not a race, but a shared experience where you decide how far you want to go.
Every 1,000 steps a "decision gate" awaits you, where you can decide whether you have had enough or whether you want to tackle the next 1,000 steps. Your last 15 steps are the ones from the player tunnel into the interior - celebrate!

One round in the RheinEnergieSTADION has 6,000 steps (3,000 up and 3,000 down).

We start in small groups every 10 minutes and you can expect a good atmosphere, a joint warm-up and music on the route!
