A strict girls' school in Singapore is geared towards training a disciplined, performance-oriented new elite for the country. But newcomer Choo is not ready or willing to submit to the strict regiment. So she joins forces with like-minded people, the four girls form a gang and resist in their own way. Between ghost stories, homework and secret forays, they discover a lot about themselves and the world they live in.
