How does creative passion become a profession?

For young women in particular, entering the creative industry is often characterized by uncertainties and structural inequalities.

The focus is on questions of artistic identity: How do I present myself and my ideas and how do I market them? What role do networks and power relations play? And how do gender, stereotypes and (lack of) access to funding affect career paths?

On the podium, speakers from the fields of art and music will provide insights into the realities of their work, talk about their experiences and invite discussion.

Afterwards there will be space for exchange and networking.

Open to all interested parties.
