In the first part, solo violinist Igor Malinovsky leads through Antonio Vivaldi's world-famous cycle "The Four Seasons". A musical panorama of nature unfolds with virtuoso precision and fine sound design - from the awakening of spring to summer heat storms and the frosty bite of winter.

After the interval, Malinovsky takes over the direction of the orchestra and conducts Beethoven's 5th Symphony - one of the most iconic works in music history. Even the four introductory "TA-TA-TA-TAAA" strokes of fate have an electrifying effect before the work builds up to a triumphant finale.

Here, Malinovsky shows himself in his dual artistic role: as an inspiring soloist and creative conductor.

A concert that juxtaposes two musical worlds - and combines them into a gripping overall experience.
