Brunch global goes Staatsoper Stuttgart

In the organizer's words:

As a cooperation partner of the Stuttgart State Opera, the Forum of Cultures is contributing an event to the accompanying program of the opera Station Paradiso. Together, space is created for stories of migration, the role of music in "finding home" and a festive get-together.

With the global brunch, the Forum der Kulturen Stuttgart e. V. invites you on a culinary journey around the globe - accompanied by stories, tales, music and dance from all over the world. Visitors can enjoy, exchange ideas and immerse themselves in Stuttgart's intercultural life.

Program

Alina Papagiannaki-Sönmez (Managing Director of the Forum of Cultures), Ayse Özbabacan (Head of the Integration Policy Department of the City of Stuttgart) and Viktor Schoner (Director of the Stuttgart State Opera) will give welcoming spe eches.

The subsequent artistic program will be designed by

• the Croatian choir Klapa Filiae Croatiae Stuttgart
• Itzeli del Rosario from the ensemble of the Stuttgart State Opera
• Keith Bernard Stonum and Martin Mutschler with excerpts from the hit revue Gnadenlos Atemlos

There will also be painting and craft activities for younger guests on this day, organized by JOiN, the Young Opera in the North.

Guided tours

The State Opera also offers four free 45-minute guided tours of the opera house.
