Reading and music:

Eva-Katharina Maurath presents fifteen new short stories after her book, Camaro Island, published in 2023. Written by Life. In Camaro Island 2.0, she also delves into the dangers of the world from outside and inside, showing us its vulnerability. Allow yourself to be taken into unbelievable scenarios, into the hidden, but sometimes also the bizarre or ironic.

The author and Helmut Becker will read:

Eva-Katharina Maurath studied violin at the Mozarteum Salzburg and in Freiburg. She lives near Munich and was orchestral stage manager of the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra from 1994 to 2022.

Helmut Becker teaches speech at the Bavarian Theater Academy August Everding and has been a literary speaker on Munich's reading stages for many years.

Ted Ganger, songwriter, artist and storyteller from Cleveland, forms the congenial musical counterpart to the speech with a mix of blues, pop, musical, theater and classical music. He has worked as a conductor and coach in the opera houses of Frankfurt, Mannheim and Darmstadt and plays keyboard instruments in the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra.
